Techstars Startup Community Partnerships help startup communities grow by applying the same principles that power our accelerators: long-term commitment, strong networks, and world-class support.

Techstars recently welcomed its newest partners:

  • 🇧🇦 Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina

  • 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Turkey

  • 🇺🇸 Omaha, Nebraska, USA

These three communities are joining a global movement to grow thriving startup ecosystems by becoming Techstars Startup Community Partners. By partnering with Techstars, they gain access to our global network, tools, and startup programs designed to help founders, community builders, investors, and mentors thrive together.

"We’re incredibly excited to partner with Techstars and bring their global experience and founder-first approach to our ecosystem. This partnership is a big step forward for Sarajevo and the broader region, and we’re confident it will unlock new opportunities for local startups to grow, scale, and connect with the world," said Bojan Lazic of 38x Ventures and Techstars Sarajevo.

"As a longtime mentor and All-Star mentor for multiple Techstars accelerators in Stockholm, Berlin, Paris, London, New York and Los Angeles, I’ve seen firsthand how the right mentorship and the generous know-how and network that Techstars mentors bring can truly change the trajectory of early-stage startups. What stands out even more is how inclusive the entire Techstars community is. Everyone, from founders to mentors, gains access to the broader Techstars family, including inspiring leaders like David Cohen and Brad Feld, who always make time to support and connect," Lazic said.

We’re thrilled to build alongside these communities — and can’t wait to see the success they unlock.
